Having never used a HR consultant previously we met with Caroline for the first time just over 12 months ago, since then she has worked closely with us at Kingdom Maintenance Fife Ltd and has been invaluable in helping us through different employee issues. Initially, we had contacted Caroline to assist us in managing a difficult employee situation, since then we have continued to engage Caroline as our dedicated HR Consultant. Caroline has always provided timely, relevant, and practical advice on how to proceed with specific employee relations issues. She has also provided excellent guidance and support, which included action plans, briefings before specific proceedings, document templates (e.g. letters to employees), and has assisted in Occupational Health referrals. Caroline has recently worked with Castle to update our Staff Handbook and draft new Employment Contracts and Policies. Before implementation, Caroline delivered training for the staff team, which assisted in answering questions, alleviating staff fears and resistance.
Caroline is one of those rare finds, her knowledge, experience and her mastery of the intricate and sometimes bewildering world of HR rules, regulations and legislation, makes her a truly valuable resource and is a constant source of strength for me in my role as CEO of Castle Furniture.
