Caroline Rochford Consulting is a consultancy business based in Fife, offering HR support and employment law advice to small and medium sized businesses as well as larger businesses who require additional, specialist assistance to supplement their own HR function.  

In addition, we offer a range of workshops covering HR and management topics as well as specialist knowledge in relation to Equality and Diversity issues. 

Caroline offers considerable HR experience gained from a background in public and private sector HR and management prior to establishing her consultancy business in 2008.  

We offer flexible HR solutions with a range of pricing packages to meet both your business needs and budget.

Caroline is an experienced HR professional, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals specialising in Employment Law.  As a lay member of the Employment Tribunal Service (Scotland), Caroline gains additional legal insight from her involvement in tribunals and associated training which enhances her knowledge of employment law and its application.
